Local Vested Ownership

Copesan is owned by our alliance of stockholder Partners, strategically located throughout North America. By providing honest, effective service in their local communities, most of our Partners have been in business for over half a century. Collectively, we are responsible to each other, with our individual companies’ reputations at stake. Copesan assures the quality of service through consistent application of an established set of Performance Standards. These standards make
it possible for us to guarantee consistent service to all of your facilities – no matter where they are located.

Service Capabilities

Copesan provides Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services for any type of need including insect, rodent, stored product pest and bird control. We can also provide fumigation, heat treatments, sanitation consultations, pre-audit inspections, vegetation management and training of your personnel.

Technical Expertise

Copesan has more than 100 degreed technical specialists, many of whom are internationally recognized experts in pest management. Many hold advanced degrees in entomology, biology and other pest-related disciplines. Located throughout North America, this network of technical specialists applies its expertise at the local level. As a Copesan client, you have direct access to this entire network.

Copesan’s Partners continually educate and train their IPM Service Specialists in the most advanced products and pest management techniques. Industry Leadership

Copesan’s Partners have been, and continue to be, leaders within the pest management industry. Through active involvement in the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and in state associations, Copesan has taken a leadership role in the development of laws, regulations and industry standards with your needs and concerns in mind. In fact, more past NPMA Presidents have come from Copesan Partners than any other company.

Resource Sharing

The Copesan Development Committee (CDC) and Copesan Technical Committee (CTC) are comprised of management and technical experts representing the entire Copesan organization. This valuable resource of shared ideas and practical working knowledge is readily available to all Copesan clients.

Client Services and Quality Assurance

In addition to your local service contacts, our International Support Center located in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin maintains a 24-hour, tollfree number for your convenience. Our programs consist of internal report monitoring, customer service auditing, a corporate system of back-up service providers and on-going service performance evaluations to assure our quality standards are being met.
