We are seeking a detail oriented, customer driven candidate to join our Client Services call center team. Client service representatives receive service requests from clients via phone, fax and email and dispatch the requests to the assigned service partner companies for that region. Pest Management Operations Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities

Operational Support in Defined Geography:

  • Identify and implement opportunities, methods and tools to improve Copesan’s Partners’ efficiency and productivity including the integration of RapidTrax™ tools.
  • Work with Partners that have performance issues, client issues, failure to achieve metrics, or where there is a need to enhance the integration of Copesan policies and procedures.

  • Prepare monthly collection/no service list for technicians
  • Respond to daily Cash on Account (COA) emails from corporate/operating companies accounting representative

  • Prepare special invoicing for customers through 3rd party vendor websites

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; Some college preferred

Client Relations Lead

The Client Relations Lead will work closely with the Client Relations Representatives and Sales and Service Specialists to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to commercial and residential clients, to resolve billing or service issues, and refer grievances to the appropriate area for investigation and resolution. The Client Relations Lead will also be responsible for handling escalated client issues, directing the workflow of the Client Relations Representatives and manage the NPS and client satisfaction survey processes and analysis.

Senior Pest Control Specialist

Wil-Kil Pest Control has been providing superior service and quality environmental pest solutions for over 90 years throughout the Upper Midwest. We are seeking a Master Technician to tackle training, audits and sales.

Responsibilities

  • Provide training and technical support to new Technicians
  • Provide route support when needed
  • Complete special service work as needed
  • Respond promptly to inquiries from clients, co-workers, management and Partner companies
  • Seek, identify, destroy, control and deter pests using knowledge of pests’ biology and habits
  • Perform service calls and audits to verify proper service has been completed
  • Identify opportunities for improvement at client locations
  • Sell additional pest management services and products

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of Pest Technician experience
  • Achieved at least 3 State Certifications including Structural Pest
  • Successfully completed Master Technician exam for state of primary residence
  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record

Service Technician – Heat Remediation

Appleton/Madison/Milwaukee

This is a specialized position that will provide pest management to commercial and residential clients using the latest green and cutting edge technology in the industry. In this position you will have the opportunity to sell and service new and existing accounts. This is an entry level position with great opportunity for professional and career growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to customer locations throughout Wisconsin and Illinois to perform heat remediation services that meet and exceed our customers’ expectations.
  • Responsible for set up, monitoring and break down of heat equipment at client locations.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the value of our program and services and answer any questions that may arise.
  • Become proficient and perform visual bed bug inspections, heat treatments and chemical applications when necessary.
  • Document infestation findings and submit timely reports.
  • Maintain heat remediation equipment.

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of customer service experience
  • Valid driver’s license with good driving record
  • Available for daily travel throughout WI and IL
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to maneuver heavy equipment
  • Strong mechanical / electrical aptitude helpful
