In addition, we GUARANTEE that our Prescription Care™ program will meet or exceed our customers expectations. We will respond to any pest emergency by phone or in person within 4 hours of notification, or that month's service at that location is free. Also, if within 90 days of our initial service, a location is not completely satisfied, we will refund 100% of all fees paid to that point.
