Thousands of pages have been written on IPM. Copesan has condensed the concept into a 12-point program (or 12 piece puzzle). This video provides an overview of the entire IPM Puzzle, showing you what those pieces are and how they are all dependent upon each other.

One of the key cornerstones of a successful IPM program is exclusion: keeping the enemy out. Let’s face it, most pests you find inside come from the outside. This award-winning video will give you the tools to determine why and how pests invade facilities and what you can do to keep them out. 

Physical Pest Management Practices (28 minutes) 
Do you feel that pest management can't be done without pesticides? Is more pressure being put on you to use little or no pesticides? There are solutions - many of them are what we call Physical Controls. This award-winning video will provide you with some of the things which can help you manipulate the physical environment in a manner that will prevent the growth of pest populations, causing them to leave or die.

Coupled with the module “When Words Are Not Enough”, this is a training overview of basic standards required for documenting pest management services within your facilities. Basic journalism questions of who, what, when, where, how and why are briefly reviewed. It also tells a successful story that illustrates what good documentation does for your business.
