Naumann Announces Retirement From Copesan Services And Transitions To ServiceMaster Consultant

Deni D. Naumann, President of Copesan Services, has announced her retirement from Copesan Services, transitioning to an ongoing consultative role with ServiceMaster beginning July 1.

Since joining the company in 2006, Deni has led the Copesan organization and its service network to be an established and recognized leader in delivering exceptional service quality and account management to national accounts across North America. Deni’s vision, leadership qualities and commitment serving her employees, clients, industry and the Copesan Partner service provider network have been integral to the growth and success of the organization for the last 13 years, including the successful integration of Copesan and its two operating companies, Wil-Kil Pest Control and Holder’s Pest Solutions, following its acquisition by ServiceMaster/Terminix in March 2018. Most recently, Deni has also been serving as the Interim President of Terminix Commercial during its search for a new President.

In addition to her front-and-center leadership of the Copesan Partner network, Deni has also been a leader in the pest management industry, having served as a Board of Director of National Pest Management Association (NPMA) and in other NPMA leadership roles, including Chair of the Commercial Committee. She is currently a Trustee on the Board of the Pest Management Foundation. Throughout her leadership, Deni has been recognized by the industry with the acclaimed Crown Leadership Award in 2013 and as NPMA Woman of Excellence in 2015. She serves on the AIBI-Certification Board of Directors and on the Advisory Board for QA magazine.

Deni will transition her day-to-day responsibilities between now and July 1, 2019; providing transition support and guidance to the incoming Terminix Commercial President, Greg Rutherford, announced by ServiceMaster in a formal press release this morning, reproduced below for your convenience, and Copesan’s leadership team. She will remain in an ongoing consultative role with ServiceMaster.

In stepping away from day-to-day management, Deni is excited to have more time to spend with her family including husband of 30 years, Mike, and her daughter Sarah and son-in-law Brad Simon. She will continue to be active in her community and church, serving as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Siebert Lutheran Foundation and as an adult literacy tutor for the Literacy Council of Greater Waukesha.

Schroeder Named Copesan Leader

Aric W. Schroeder has been promoted to Vice President of National Accounts, Copesan and Terminix/General Manager of Copesan Services, reporting to Greg Rutherford, Terminix Commercial President. In his new role, Aric will be responsible for the strategic direction for both Copesan and Terminix National Accounts as well as oversee the Copesan Operating Companies – Holder’s Pest Solutions and Wil-Kil Pest Control.

Since joining Copesan Services in 2007, Aric has served as Vice President of Sales. He led the organization from a predominantly service provider-selling organization to a blended model of direct and team-focused national sales. He has been instrumental in the development and execution of Copesan’s strategic business account management model and successfully drove the company to its all-time highest new sales record in 2018.

Aric’s promotion to lead the organization will provide continuity to its vision and plan, serving national clients with exceptional service quality and account management.

He will be supported by a seasoned team of senior leaders reporting to him including Tara Haywood, Director of Client Services, Copesan National Accounts; Allison Skinner, Director of Customer Service, Terminix National Accounts; Elizabeth (Liz) Johnson, Senior Director of Marketing for Copesan and Terminix National Accounts; Brad Truncali, Director of Sales for Terminix National Accounts; and Kevin Jeffrey, General Manager of Copesan’s Operating Companies. Currently being resourced, is the open position of Director of Sales for Copesan National Accounts, which will also report to Aric.

Effective immediately, Dominique Sauvage, Sr. Director of Quality, Field Operations and Training – Terminix Commercial/Copesan Services, will report to Greg Rutherford. Beginning July 1, Kevin Fixel, Vice President of Finance; Jessica Janiszewski, Director of Human Resources; and Mike Ruland, Director of Software Development/IT, will report into their functional departments at ServiceMaster.

Aric holds a Bachelor of Science, Business Administration degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota. He lives in Nashotah, Wisconsin with his wife, Nicole, and their two sons, Grant and Miles.

ServiceMaster Names Greg Rutherford President of Terminix Commercial

MEMPHIS, TENN. – May 13, 2019 – ServiceMaster Global Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: SERV), a leading provider of essential services to residential and commercial customers in the termite, pest control, cleaning and restoration markets, today announced Greg Rutherford has succeeded Deni Naumann as president of Terminix Commercial.Greg Rutherford, President Terminix Commercial.

Rutherford joins ServiceMaster from Republic Services, a Fortune 300 company and leader in solid waste and recycling services, where he was division president of Energy and Environmental Solutions. In his 13 years at Republic Services, Rutherford worked his way up through roles of increasing responsibility, including general manager, market vice president, area president and region vice president.

Prior to joining Republic Services, Rutherford held the role of director of operations and sales, at The Scooter Store. Prior to that, he was a commercial airline pilot for United Airlines and a Fighter Pilot in the U.S. Air Force. He holds a B.S. from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas.

The company also announced the promotion of Aric Schroeder to vice president of National Accounts and general manager of Copesan Services, succeeding Deni Naumann, and reporting to Rutherford. He will be responsible for continuing the strategic direction for Copesan and Terminix National Accounts and will oversee the Copesan Operating Companies, Holder’s Pest Solutions and Wil-Kil Pest Control.
